I am an Independent New Zealand Marriage Celebrant and Master of Ceremonies based in the Bay of Plenty, travelling New Zealand-wide.

Marriage Celebrant

For couples who want a ceremony that feels sincere, relaxed, and genuinely them.

I’ll work closely with you to create a ceremony that reflects your story, your people, and the vibe you want to set for the day.

    • A fully personalised experience

    • Initial meeting to walk you through the process

    • Creating a bespoke ceremony script with unlimited edits

    • Sharing vow examples for inspiration as well as providing 1-on-1 support to craft yours

    • Ongoing comms and support in the lead up to your big day

    • Leading your wedding rehearsal

    • Arriving 1hr early to coordinate with your vendors and ensure everything runs smoothly

    • Officiating your ceremony & support on the day

    • Lodgement of legal marriage documents with BDM

  • $1,200

    Travel is included within a 60 km radius of Mount Maunganui. Includes GST.

  • $1,200 + travel

    Auckland Metro
    Within 25 km of Auckland CBD
    Flat travel fee: $450–$550

    Extended Auckland
    West Auckland, Muriwai, Kumeu, Hibiscus Coast, South Auckland beyond 25 km
    Flat travel fee: $650–$800

  • Marriage Licence

    Before you get married, you need to apply for a marriage licence which is $150 paid directly to BDM. More info.

    Marriage Certificate

    An optional $33 to receive your marriage certificate a couple of weeks after your wedding day. More info.

Celebrant + MC

For couples who want consistency, flow, and a confident host guiding their day from “I do” through to dancing shoes.

Having the same person as your celebrant and MC means the tone carries seamlessly from ceremony to reception, and nothing feels awkward, rushed, or disjointed.

    • Everything in the Marriage Celebrant package

    • Hosting your reception as Master of Ceremonies

    • Welcoming guests and setting the tone for the evening

    • Managing housekeeping announcements and venue requirements

    • Introducing key speakers and supporting them behind the scenes

    • Keeping the timeline on track and adjusting it in real time if needed

    • Announcing key moments, entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc

    • Smooth transitions between each part of the evening

    • Liaising with key vendors during the reception

Celebrant, MC & Coordinator

This package is ideal for weddings without a separate on-the-day coordinator, or for couples who want someone experienced holding the bigger picture from start to finish.

On the day, I’m not just hosting, I’m quietly running the show behind the scenes. I’m thinking ahead, troubleshooting in real time, supporting vendors, and stepping in wherever needed to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Most of what I do in this role happens out of sight, and that’s exactly how it should be.

    • Everything in the Marriage Celebrant + MC package

    • On-the-day coordination and logistics management

    • Acting as the main point of contact for vendors

    • Briefing and managing the DJ, musicians, and entertainment

    • Offering guidance on timing and flow throughout the day

    • Adjusting schedules in real time to improve the guest experience

    • Supporting reception setup and styling touch points where required

    • Managing details like cake setup, table resets, and keeping spaces tidy

    • Jumping in wherever needed to support the venue and vendor team

    • Quietly resolving issues and averting potential stress before it reaches you
